What a great nose! Wallis 2025 really grabs your attention with soaring aromatics enticing you in. It seems to be a classy amalgamation of both red and blue fruit with the additional twist of orange peel that brings so much interest. Violets, cherry, iodine and amaro seem to all intertwine on a complex palate that hums with life and energy. Gentle turned earth adds another dimension to the already complex flavour profile.
