Wallis vineyard collects good warmth and sunlight due to its northerly aspect. As a result, there is a slightly plumper mid-palate offering of stone fruit flavours with more immediate ripeness on display. However at the same time, there is a whip and crack of acid that runs through this, bringing tension and shape.
