Printhie Topography Pinot Gris 2023

Topography Pinot Gris is a single vineyard wine that has been deliberately pushed stylistically further toward the richer, more viscous Alsatian style – its still fermented close to dryness with a rich pear drop nose some melon and quince adding depth. A little phenolic lift adds to texture and finish ( replacing pretty low acidity)  A very good example of Pinot Gris. The climate in Orange seems to suit the variety. Ian Cook - FWC
