Pertois-Moriset L'Assemblage NV

The new disgorgement of L’Assemblage from Pertois Moriset is eye-catching for its purity of fruit and sheer refinement. We have bought bits and pieces from this producer over the last few years, plus I have drunk a few bottles when I have spotted them on lists around town. This wine is 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a very low 1.2 grams dosage. It effortlessly melds stone fruit with citrus oil flavours, with bronzed nectarine a feature.
