Full barrel fermentation. Aged for 10 months in old French oak puncheons.

Light green gold in colour with a fragrant nose of tropical fruit and summer grass. Full middle palate with a hint of citrus and a delicate, dry finish. Drink now or cellar up to 6 years. Winery Notes.
