‘Palistorti’ (bent posts) is what the village farmers called the vineyard because it was impossible to plant the stakes straight due to the limestone rocks on the surface. Produced from Vermentino, Trebbiano and Malvasia, it combines texture, freshness and mineral complexity in a way that feels uniquely Lucchese.
