This is a wine that reflects the authentic character of Valgiano in a more immediate version.
The vinification follows the same rigorous practices as our Cru: the harvested grapes are destemmed, selected on sorting tables, delicately fermented in small vats, manually punched down and minimally racked. The ageing… The wine is aged for twelve months, 60% in French oak barrels and 40% in vitrified cement tanks. Drawn primarily from younger vineyards, it delivers energy, charm and immediate drinkability while retaining clear site character.
