Orbis Grenache Blanc 2025

New producer to us - very impressive off the bat! Although we liked every one we tasted, these are our two favourites.

Blewitt Springs fruit here, seemingly a hotspot too for the white variant of Grenache. Avoids all the flabbiness that Grenache Blanc can present, instead it's taut and precise. Tense, linear acid though enough flesh to remind you of it's variety. Touch of salinity to go with green apple and williams pear. So much interest at the price. Jeremy Muller, FWC.
