Produced from fortified estate grown grenache matured for an average of 15 years in barrel, the Tawny has a caramel brown colour and an aroma full of nuts, toffe and raisins. It tastes rich and and sweet but finishes clean and not cloying. theres an initense and quite refined flavour. its ready for sipping straight from the fridge as an apertif in summer or can be enjoyed on a cool winter afternoon with fresh walnuts or sultana and rum shortbreads biscuits. a real treat.
