NON 1 Non-Alcoholic Salted Raspberry & Chamomile

NON is a passion project from ex-Noma chef  William Wade, with the vision to diversify the options for alcohol free beverages in Australia and abroad. The ingredients are sourced from a range of different regions, and each bottling expresses a different flavour profile from a carefully crafted recipe.  Serve slightly chilled, or over ice if desired.

The #1 is Salted Raspberry & Chamomile flavoured and slightly sparkled.

Ingredients include raspberry, chamomile, Murray River salt, organic cane sugar and verjus.
