Mount Mary Marli Russell RP2 Red Blend 2022

A blend of 60/25/10/5% grenache/shiraz/mourv?dre/cinsault. The grenache spends 16 months in 1600L seasoned foudre, the rest matured in barriques (15% new for the shiraz). A light, bright crimson. Perfumed with ripe raspberries, kirsch, incense and garrigue. Red fruited and gently fleshy on the palate before closing with silky tannins on the smooth, satisfying finish. 95 points, drink 2024 to 2029, Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion.
