Sauvignon blanc. On song with its flavours and texture; it’s really a classy wine. A beautiful balance of white stone fruit, citrus and gooseberries with a smidge of feijoa. The textural palate steals the show with its creamed honey lees and subtle oak with a slight phenolic tug adding extra depth.
