50% Grillo and 50% Zibbibo (Muscat of Alexandria), hand picked, gently pressed, the Grillo spends 24 hours on skins and you see that textural element in the wine. Savoury and subdued, a spectrum of golden fruit. Zibbio/Muscat of Alexandria is an incredibly aromatic but here it plays a supporting role to the Grillo.
