Mac Forbes Cuvee CH Sparkling 2021

A new sparkling wine from Mac Forbes; 100% pinot noir. Seven months in old oak and then three years on lees. Light bright gold. Subtle aromas of small red fruits, gentle brioche and a little honey. The palate is dry, chalky and persistent. An elegant, aperitif-style blanc de noir to drink now and over the next two to three years. 95+ points. Phillip Rich, Wine Companion.
