The 2018 Trousseau Cuvée des Geologes Poussot was produced with grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard with a southern exposure on red marl from Trias soil. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in oak foudre until malolactic fermentation was complete. It's a red with power and finesse, with ripe, juicy fruit and round tannins.
