Leeuwin Estate Art Series Shiraz 2023

This wine showed superbly at our recent Leeuwin Dinner. Possibly their best Shiraz ever and highly recommended. Ian Cook October 2025

There’s usually a few bits and bobs of other grape varieties in the mix with LEAS Shiraz, though I’ve no information to hand for 2023. Not that it matters really. 20% whole bunch anyway.

Blueberry, blackberry, floral perfume, five spice, a nutty salumi sort of thing too. It’s medium-bodied, fresh acidity, fine grainy tannin grip, something of a raspberry pip bite in with some orange peel, blue and red fruits, with a dry spicy and slightly stalky finish of good length.
