I have a soft spot for this wine – it’s from a region not renown for riesling; I love the green bottle and the John Olsen painting adorning it. It’s also a lovely drink. Fragrant with lemon blossom and jasmine and lightly flavoured with limes and lemons, green apple and fresh herbs. Not at all fruity, it’s dry with mouth-watering acidity, and there’s a cooling stoniness too. Drink to 2033. 92 Points. Jane Faulkner, Halliday's Wine Companion.
