JJ Prum Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett 2024

The Graacher Himmelreich my favourite by a whisker: lemon fresh, super racey with light floral notes, lovely lingering light spices, great length and a tensile mineral note. With deeper bedrock and therefore more moisture retention, the wine is more taut than its Wehlener Sonnenuhr sibling. This is a great aperitif wine or pair with fried squid.
