Like a good novel, Georgia's Paddock Riesling leaves you with a kicker of a finish and wanting more. It's a slow build up, a gentle gathering of white flowers, honeysuckle, lime, lemon, apple and fresh-cut nashi pear and just a hint of peppery Basil. As it builds, flavours become more concentrated, especially lime and citrus zest, as it heads into a lovely long finish.
