Hewitson 'Miss Harry' 2024

$28
One of the very best GSM wines on the market and certainly the best value. Beautiful everyday drinking and cellars surprisingly well. The French would describe it as "Vin de Soif" = A wine of thirst - I like that. Ian Cook - FWC
51% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 19% Mourvèdre. 70% whole bunch. Old French oak.
Spicy, nutty, plump red fruits, red liquorice, a subtle dried flower perfume. It’s medium-bodied, juicy in red fruits, soft but present tannin, balanced acidity, a sort of spicy sauce character closes a finish of good length. It has an easy charm and drinks very well. A very good release. 93 pts, Gary walsh, The Wine Front
