Grosset Lenswood Chardonnay 2025

This has all the hallmarks of great chardonnay in a more delicate and pure vein. It's redolent of flint and wisps of struck match, red apple, lime juice, lemongrass, faint marzipan and brioche, with touches of green almond and hazelnut in tow. Very energetic and racy on the palate, yet a touch glossy, too. Exceptional in length and persistence, with distinct floral notes lifting the wine.
