Granjoux Chardonnay 2022

What this wine does is deliver the essential deliciousness of chardonnay. You could build a business around this wine called Sip and Swoon. It’s awash with pear and peach flavours, and wonderful versions thereof, but the way almond paste, peanut brittle, elderberry and cedar characters circle the fruit is really something special. Joy lives in the heart of this wine, and the wine is happy to share. This wine is fine, complex and long-flavoured but fundamentally it’s just a gorgeous wine to drink. 95 points, Campbell Mattinson - Wine Front.
