A Barossa Valley Semillon, Riesling, Pedro, Macabeu, Pecorino, Viognier Blend. Some skin contact during fermentation has resulted in a scrumptious, textural wine with lemon balm, burnt orange and citrus oil flavours. The acid gained from the Semillon brings all the freshness and length that is required to bring balance to the wine. Well made a great candidate if looking for something skinsy. - Ches Cook, FWC.
