From vineyards between 600-800 metres with soils with a high content of clay and lime, this is fermented off skins at controlled temperature, mostly in stainless steel with 20% in old barriques and aged on lees for a few months for a fuller body and complexity.

Packaged in an easy screw-cap bottle, the Franz Haas 2021 Pinot Grigio is fresh, zesty and bright. The wine shows a pretty golden hue that reflects the natural color of the grape skins. The bouquet reveals easy citrus and peach, with dried grass and mountain flowers. This lean-bodied Pinot Grigio effortlessly delivers exactly what you expect. The wine is partially aged in oak.
