Very light-yellow hue, with a powerful aroma of lemon-pith, dried flowers and spices, including star anise, very complex and beautiful. The taste is deliccate and refined, restrained and youthfully reserved, but searingly intense, with a faintly off-dry balance lending a certain juiciness to the palate.
