Domaine Simha Rani Riesling 2024

This wine has never been shy on acid over the number of years we have been tasting it. Such is the case again this year, but the fruit seems fleshier and a touch riper, and there are a few grams residual sugar which help tame the acid profile. Flavour-wise, it's a burst of green apple skin, jasmine and white flowers and a chalky back-palate. It’s driving and powerful and will easily live for two decades if you want it to. - Ches Cook, FWC.
