Coriole Sangiovese 2025

Cherry, raspberry, raw almond, a little spice and liquorice, and something just a little bit ferrous here too. It’s medium-bodied, quite bright in red fruits, fresh but balanced acidity, a light grainy grip to tannin, with a juicy finish that’s gently rolled in dried herb. Lively. Perhaps a little raw in delivery, but it tastes like Sangiovese. Good to drink. 91 pts, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
