Once again there is ample Chablis character present on the aromas of white pepper, oyster shell, mineral reduction, citrus zest and a whiff of quinine. The racy, intense and stony flavors are succulent, indeed almost opulent, while exhibiting lovely balance on the clean and balanced lemony finish that is more powerful if not quite as dry.
