100% Altesse from 20 year old vines in Savoie. A really impressive and interesting discovery from Savoie in the far eastern reaches of France bordering Switzerland. Alpine freshness, articulate citrus and pure crystalline mid palate, this is very composed, full of interest and is great drinking. The alcohol and flavour, sometimes on the skinnier side with Savoie wines is not the case here. Great flavourful ripe fruit with well balanced alcohol. Mitch Milicich, FWC.
