It's a neat and tidy pinot noir of genial character, tart cherry juice with some light clove spice, a touch of pepper, some medicinal elements, and in that, offers a decent rendition of the variety. That being said, this is very basic stuff, quite pale in its overall presence in the glass and palate. Of course, a good chill and a sunny day will change the perspective on consumption.
