The 2017 Metodo Classico Extra Brut Dosage Zero Cuvée Zero is steely and bright with lots of bright citrus, white peach and mineral. This sparkler is made with Nebbiolo grapes, obviously fermented off the skins, to create a very luminous and transparent white expression instead.
