Mostly from younger vines, destemmed but not crushed. Natural fermentation with 25 days on skins in stainless, aged for eight months in stainless and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aging in stainless, rather than wood, is a conscious decision aimed at retaining freshness and perfume. 3500 bottles. Seductively pale with aromatic wild strawberry and floral fruit, the palate has a cashmere like texture, plush yet fine, with sandy tannins and a long, elegant finish. Importer note
