This 2024 Eden Valley Riesling has intense classic lime and lemon aromas. On the palate, the same citrus notes are accompanied by a tight mineral line. The lingering finish is well balanced with a crisp natural acidity typical of exceptional Eden Valley Riesling. A wine that will age gracefully for many years.

Winemaking
It was an exceptional year for this small parcel of Eden Valley Riesling. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, using only the best free run juice and fermenting at cool temperatures allows us to create this delicate floral wine. The wine was fermented dry, filtered and bottled.
