Wild apple blossom, lime zest and margarita salt spring from the glass, followed by lime curd and bee pollen. With a finely chiselled sandstone-like texture, the palate is alive with nuances of mustard fruits, silt and gingernut biscuit. There is a ripeness of fruit with subtle savoury elements mixed with a high degree of shape and form that makes for a complex and considered riesling.
