Benjamin Serer Vouvray 'le Bouchet' 2023

Fantastic, high quality Chenin out of Vouvray. Crystalline purity here with driving acid, but plenty of supporting fruit. It's full of white nectarine and cut red apple with a bit of lemon pith texture towards the back-end. The tow of red apple skin flavour through the finish is particularly appealing and defines the lasting impression of this wine. - Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
