Highly fragrant, white linen, a twist of lemon with peachy, nectarine base notes and a hint of nougat. The palate is incredibly focused by a core of acid that provides drive and length with a supple lithe mid palate and delicious flavours that mirror the nose run the length of the palate. Medium-full yellow colour; smoky, bready yeast lees and buttery pie crust aromas, the palate rich and round, soft and ample, with intense lemony core surrounded by pastry and buttery shortbread flavours, finishing with a firming grip of tannin and some alcohol warmth.
