Roche Paradis Saint-Joseph Les Vessettes 2022

A field blend, produced from 50 % Marsanne and 50 % Roussanne planted in granitic soil at Les Vessettes on the slope above the town of Chavanay. Fermented with natural yeasts in older barriques and matured for eight months on un-stirred lees before bottling. Super attractive with extra richness and texture from 2022.
