Glaetzer-Dixon 'Uberblanc' Riesling 2023

A Riesling inspired by dry German examples (specifically the Pfalz) - one with more ripeness and flesh than your typical Clare/Eden expressions.

A melange of fruit, spanning from apple and melon skin, to citrus oil and a hint of light spices. Whilst it's juicy on the palate with flavours akin to the nose, it doesn't miss the varieties signature zippy and electric acid line. Delicious stuff. Jeremy Muller, FWC.
