Gembrook Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Casting our eyes back and we haven't had the Gembrook Sauvignon Blanc in the shop since the 2019 vintage and the 2024 returns to our fridges with plenty of gusto. Dare we say it this could be a Sauvignon Blanc for lovers of Chardonnay or Riesling. even. The 2024 shows a restraint of fruit with grapefruit but with only hints of passionfruit in the background. On the palate its really full of poise, length and energy with only a touch of that grassy note often seen in Sauvignon Blanc. An excellent example of an Australian Sauvignon Blanc, worth exploring and enjoying, Cameron Roebuck, FWC.
