North facing, limestone and clay soil, very stony. Each grape variety is aged in barrel separately for 12 months without any racking and just 2-3 stirring of the lees. Clarification and fining are with clay. No filtration. 376 cases are made.
‘Beautifully lively honeysuckle nose, leading to a medium-bodied palate that’s bright and fresh, with no excess body or alcohol. The acidity isn’t high, but it spreads throughout the finish, and leaves a mineral limestone buzz. Silky touch on the tongue.
