This is always a consistently animated riesling, with its gravelly soils providing sculpted form and a bounty of fragrant fruit and flowers. Margarita limes, orange blossom and green apple. A spark of gooseberry and passionfruit flower. Acidity is steep and keeps the trajectory up into the skyline. Some almond shell bitterness gives a textural edge to the dry finish.
