Hirsch Vineyards Bohan-Dillon Pinot Noir 2021

The 2021 The Bohan-Dilon Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit from three vineyards in western Sonoma: Hirsch, Heintz and Hellenthal. It has slowly unfurling scents of raspberry preserves, saline, licorice, cinnamon, tea leaves and orange peel. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with berry, earth and floral layers. It has an alluringly silky texture, mouthwatering acidity and a long, layered finish.
