Bass Phillip Rose 2018

Riotor Rose 2017 Magnum
Sometimes the rosé from Provence can be so dry it borders on bland but the good ones like Riotor have good texture with lots of crunchy red fruit plus crisp acidity, which keeps them interesting and refreshing. – FWC
'Delicious creamy texture ... perfectly ripe strawberry fruit, finishing on a dry savoury redcurrant note ... exceptional mix of breadth and freshness.' - Gourmet Traveller

Pietradolce Etna Rosato 2017

Whispering Angel Rose 2019
Whispering Angel goes from strength to strength. A wine of lightness and finesse, with enough character and interest under the hood to keep you coming back over and over again. It will absolutely race out the door this summer. – Ches Cook, FWC.
Producer note: Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (Vermentino), Syrah and Tibouren. Harvested at sunrise to noon. The grapes which are used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8°C to avoid oxidation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel. Bâtonnage is twice weekly. Temperature controlled.
As a negociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d’esclans identifies vineyards, grapes and wines from château d’esclans as well as local growers to make what has reputedly become the world’s greatest rosé. As our objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves d’esclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château d’esclans.

Tempier Bandol Rose 2018 375ml
Producer Note: The grapes used to make our rosé come from selected parcels where the vines are on average 20 years old. The yields are low, which explains the intense concentration and distinct expression of each varietal in this wine. The presence of Mourvedre gives this wine its strong character, balance and complexity. An intense fruit and floral nose make this an attractive rosé. The palate is rounded and full with fruity aromas of peach and pomegranate, followed by delicate spice notes and a pleasant freshness created by acidic balance.
Tempier Rosé is beautifully balanced. It is made up of crunchy yet opulent fruit bolstered by a refreshing shock of blood orange crispness. It really sits well above all other Bandol & Provence rose. It’s a great match with grilled seafood, antipasti platters and of course bouillabaisse. We all think of rose for Summer, but this wine is so good it’s perfect in winter with the right food. – Ian Cook, FWC
Tempier's 2018 Bandol Rose marks another successful vintage for this consistent standout. It's light to medium-bodied, not overly ripe or rich, but all about balance and refreshment. Tangerine and melon aromas and flavors hit all the right notes, lingering on the already elegant finish. 89-92 points. – Jeb Dunnuck, The Wine Advocate
