Blend: 97% Syrah, 3-5% Viognier (down from 10% in the mid-2000s), young southern sector vines, Combard (Syrah planted in 2002 & 2008), Coteaux de Tupin (Syrah late 1980s-early 1990s) 

Winemaking: destemmed, aged 5% new, 95% 1-4 year 300 litre oak casks 23 months
