The stems in Teodoro are very ripe, so Vietti use 60% whole clusters to make their Barolo Riserva and then holds it in bottle another 5 years... A saturated red colour, the 2016 Barolo Riserva boasts notes of cherry liqueur, liquorice, crushed rocks, and black truffle. Medium-bodied, it has more depth and rich concentration on the palate, with ripe tannins and a seamless structure.
