From below Gevrey, next to Morey. A purchase of 20-year-old pinot vines, in good condition. Medium deep purple. Not much fragrance, easy going on the nose, then rather more on the palate, juicy, dark red fruit, even some blackcurrant and bramble. Medium length but attractive. Drink from 2025-2026. Tasted Nov 2023.' 85-87 points, Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy.
