Simha 'Rama' Pinot Noir 2025

‘Rama’ steps things up a bit in terms of the complexity and span of flavours seen on the palate. As well as the cherry pip and root vegetable that ‘Nature’ has, this also shows flavours of cola, amaro and alpine herb. The use of 100% wholebunch helps explain things here somewhat but again, tannin is ripe (rather than green) and the mouthfeel is seamless and silky. Lots to like here. Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
