Moorooduc Devil Bend Creek Pinot Noir 2025

We've just tried the new 2025 'Devil Bend Creek' Pinot Noir. Yet again, Kate McIntyre has nailed the brief here, creating a juicy and lifted Pinot Noir at a bargain price. Importantly, it looks like Pinot Noir in its flavours of red cherry, red florals and bright acidity. That might sound like a silly thing to say but sometimes you come across Pinot at this end of the market and you wouldn't know what you're drinking. Not the case here – consumers can yet again buy this with confidence. - Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars. 

Bright garnet in colour with a juicy nose of red cherry fruit, hints of cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper spice dusted over pink rose petals. On the palate the red fruit is juicy and tangy with firm, fine silky tannins and a fleshy vibrant finish. A delicious mouthful – will match very well to a little chilli or Moroccan spices on grilled lamb cutlets. Winery Note.
