Matane Primitivo 2021

Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated morello and black cherry aromas intermix with liquorice, scorched earth, dried herb and cinnamon spice notes. Rich morello cherry, black cherry and liquorice fruits are supported by ripe chewy tannins with some vanillin spice, earth and cinnamon characters lying underneath. Medium to full in body, super ripe and juicy. Typical good value Primitivo of Puligia.
