Mas Magnan 'M.A.R.S.' Grenache 2024

This was a nice discovery at the start of the year. Being the peak of summer, I drank it with a slight chill and found so much enjoyment in the wine: It's at most medium bodied, with vibrant fruit and lightness of touch throughout. Pomegranate, blood orange and raspberry dominate the fruit profile, with ripe and only moderate tannin to close. Comparable, in some ways, to some of the better Grenache coming out of McLaren Vale currently. - Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
